Psychologist/Psychological Examiner

JFS is seeking a Psychologist/Psychological Examinerto join our team.

Led by a team of dedicated and experienced therapists and staff, we offer comprehensive services, ranging from mental and behavioral health care to food and financial assistance.

Psychologist/Psychological Examineradministers, scores, and interprets psychological tests, including diagnostic assessment of cognitive abilities, academic skills, behavior, social, and emotional development and functioning, personality, and emotional disturbance.  The Psychologist/Psychological Examiner will prepare written comprehensive assessment reports with client recommendations and conduct feedback sessions with parents to communicate results of the evaluation and recommendations.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Advanced degree (Masters, Psy.D. or Ph.D.) in psychology, counseling, education, or related field and/or Educational Specialist Degree.
• Professional licensure/certification in Missouri.
• Training in administration and interpretation of psychological tests, including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and personality testing.
• Training in psychometric methods and statistical procedures and their applications in psychological assessment.
• A minimum of three years post-master’s experience in psychological/educational testing and assessment.
