High School diploma required. College degree preferred. Must have good organizational skills. Be detail oriented and demonstrate effective interpersonal communication methods. Knowledge of security principals, fire prevention, job safety and first aid will be helpful. Experience in managing and scheduling a large number of staff is also preferred. This position will conduct pre-employment background checks for new applicants. May be required to act as a supervisor when needed. Must be able to use spreadsheets for scheduling and provide oral and written reports in a clear manner. Attendance must be reliable and punctual.
To maintain schedule for all Gallery Staff. Work with Gallery Supervisors to train staff in all policies, standards and procedures set by the Gallery Manager.
