Thompson Coburn LLP is seeking a full-time Human Resources Business Systems Analyst for a key role managing and supporting all HRIS processes and analyzing data. This is the ideal role for candidates who are interested in being on the ground floor for providing data that impacts where the Firm shows up in publications and a conduit for ensuring best system usage. This role has been responsible for data used to publicize the Firm as one of the Best Places to Work as well as other Firm and attorney publicity. Qualified candidates will possess at least five years of relevant HRIS or IS experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree in MIS or other computer related degree.
