Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage quality control, training, and on-time delivery of all activities
- Integrate processes and playbooks across all service areas and geographies according to Client protocols
- Source, adopt, and implement best practices
- Track and consolidate all account activities
- Monitor Client satisfaction reports and performance metrics
- Identify and present solutions for dispute resolution, as applicable
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Create and deliver executive level presentations
- Manage and maintain PSD P+L reporting responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage top talent for the account
- Coordinate and facilitate all meetings with Client to review reports
- Oversee the delivery and implementation of an appropriate technology solution platform for PDS
- Participate on the PDS Leadership Committee and provide leadership in practice strategy, business development, finance management, process enhancements, employee management, and recruiting
- Administer budget and schedule compliance
- Develop new initiatives and proposals for best practice implementation
- Collaborate with client, establish, and track key performance indicators “KPIs”
- Manage accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery
- Contribute to the growth of the company and the practice by proactively working with offices/markets, and building relationships with transaction and service line leaders
- Oversee projects from design through completion including managing project costs, project schedule, and quality issues, reporting and documentation
- Provide strategic leadership, day-to-day project oversight and management supervision over assignments ensuring all services are delivered following the client methodology, policies, and practices
- Establish and maintain a client focus through performance goals, deliverables, reports, and value-added services
- Provide constructive feedback and regular coaching throughout the year to assist employees with performance objectives and professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 12+ years of real estate project management or related experience
- Certification in PE, AIA, LEED, or CMAA preferred
- PMP certification or ability to pursue
- Specialization in an industry vertical (e.g. law firms, mission critical, government, health care, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to win and manage new project management business
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to implement financial policies and procedures and to a oversee departmental budget
- Expert level analytical and qualitative skills
- The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
