Responsibilities
- Design and format printed marketing materials including property brochures, logos, maps, offering memoranda, proposals, presentations, flyers, poster boards, and invitations
- Maintain Cassidy Turley brand standards
- Design email blasts and mini web sites
- Coordinate production of materials including gathering printing bids, selecting paper, packaging artwork and assembling final layouts for printers, and preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors
- Design/format charts, graphs, tables, spreadsheets, illustrations, maps, logos and other artwork
- Work both independently and within a team
- Proofread and edit for accuracy of copy, spelling, grammar, and layout
- Thorough understanding of the basics of typography
- Provide advanced administrative support as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related discipline
- Minimum of 1+ years of graphic design experience
- Experience with high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or real estate background a plus
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work late as needed with little to no advanced notice
- The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional and customer service oriented
