Boston office seeks a 3rd year law school student or recent graduate to join the Portfolio Management Group for a non-traditional legal career in an extremely collaborative and collegial environment. As an integral part of our team, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing lease administration services to our brokerage group's corporate clients, which include abstracting commercial real estate leases and providing negotiation support to our corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide lease administration services to brokerage group’s corporate clients
• Abstract commercial real estate leases
• Provide negotiation support to corporate clients

Requirements

• Law school student or recent graduate
• Existing or anticipated JD and MA Bar admission
• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple client projects, and be self-motivated
• Attention to detail a must
• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with brokerage team and clients
• Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
• Experience with commercial real estate lease terminology
• The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
