Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist in all steps of investment sales transactions
- Act as liaison between the client and investor (ensuring information flow is effective and timely between the parties)
- Supervise multiple projects including organizing the team, duties, timelines, and deadlines
- Work closely with brokers to prepare proposals and strategies for presentation
- Write and oversee graphics/layout for executive summaries and investment overviews for the marketing memoranda
- Review and assist in the due diligence process and collection (including market analysis, financial modeling, and cash flow and valuation analysis)
- Develop and maintain working relationships with industry professionals
- Work with team’s financial analyst in preparing and editing for proper visual impact proforma statements and projections which accurately reflect past history of properties as well as current and projected future market conditions
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree; Master Degree preferred
- 5+ years of related experience
- 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong writing skills
- Experience with financial modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with Argus (or other discount cash flow program) a plus
- Strong communication and sales writing skills for proposals, executive summaries, and offering packages
- Demonstrated ability of working independently and with a team to meet goals/objectives
- Excellent math skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
