Responsibilities
- Provide marketing support and assistance in the coordination of all aspects of the internal and external marketing of Cassidy Turley and its professionals throughout the region
- Create and produce business development materials and tools, including presentations, pitches, brochures, and proposals
- Create and assemble collateral materials for clients and prospects
- Coordinate and manage events
- Edit materials produced by other members of the Marketing department, as well as Research and Consulting as required
- Provide PR support, including editing press releases, and tracking and running the internal approval process
- Create, produce, and implement marketing campaigns for assignments, including flyers, advertising campaigns, marketing campaigns, and public relations
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Experience in commercial real estate
- Or any similar combination of education and experience
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as advanced ability to proofread and edit
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
