Our Retail Team Leaders assist our store managers in the daily operation of our gift shops. Retail Leaders perform voids and refunds for customers and are responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, selling merchandise and operating cash registers at gift shops in the Zoo. Leaders maintain displays with merchandise in a neat manner. Previous cash handling skills required and supervisory experience preferred.
