Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise tenant services, including interior and exterior maintenance

Negotiate and oversee performance of service contractors

Maintain and develop tenant relationships

Prepare monthly financials and operation reports required by ownership

Oversee preparation of monthly tenant billings
-
Perform year-end reconciliations
-
Coordinate tenant improvement projects

Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements for clients, contractors, and tenants

Prepare annual budgets and operating expense reconciliations

Supervise, mentor, and develop skills of all team members

Embrace corporate initiatives and assist in implementation

Develop emergency evacuation plan and maintain valid insurance certificates

Participate in marketing and leasing initiatives
Requirements
-
Bachelors Degree
-
Minimum of 7+ years of Commercial Property Management experience

Or any similar combination of education and experience referenced above

Experience with financial reporting
-
Familiarity with LEED and Energy Star requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Yardi and MRI software preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
