Responsibilities
- Design and financial modeling of client real estate portfolio reports
- Analyze and advise client on existing real estate portfolio
- Guide and advise client in order to assist in sound decision making
- Ability to manage a high volume workload while remaining responsive to customer requests
- Manage information within the client’s chosen technology platform
- Work closely with brokers to develop and execute strategies and drive transactions to completion
- Remain aware of Corporate Services platform offerings to stay current on different service opportunities available to the client
- Interface with all levels of internal clients and become an extension of the client’s commercial real estate team
- Represent the interests of client firms to locate office space, including identifying requirements, conducting tours, evaluating proposals, conducting financial analysis, preparing lease abstracts, and reviewing lease documents
- Communicate with client and external transaction managers
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in Commercial Real Estate or Finance
- Must procure and maintain a Maryland real estate salesperson’s license
- Basic understanding of statistics and quantitative analysis
- Basic understanding of finance principles
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
