Responsibilities

Supervise multiple projects including organizing the team, duties, timelines, and meeting deadlines

Work closely with brokers to prepare proposals and strategies for presentations

Work with existing clients to market and lease investment real estate (including providing tours to potential tenants, preparing and issuing lease proposals, generating reports to ownership entities, preparing annual budgets, and conducting financial analysis of transactions)

Representing the interests of client firms to locate office space (including preparing surveys, conducting tours, evaluating proposals, conducting financial analysis, and reviewing lease documents)

Prepare proforma statements and projections which reflect current and projected market conditions

Prepare financial analyses for lease transactions
Requirements

Bachelors Degree (MBA or graduate degree in Real Estate preferred)

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Knowledge of ProCalc

Strong interpersonal and sales skills

Understanding of statistics/quantitative analysis

Understanding of finance (e.g. concepts of present value and return on investment)
