Responsibilities

Prepare sophisticated cash flow analysis in Argus and Excel for a broad range of investment products including office, retail, industrial, and apartments

Ensure that all packages for new business development proposals and offering memorandum are professionally prepared, comprehensive, and accurate in terms of deal structure alternatives, due diligence research, readability, and visual impact

Prepare marketing proposals for new business in conjunction with the graphics arts team

Conduct and write market research summaries relative to a property's competitive market position, strengths, weakness, and long term profitability potential

Assist in the evaluation of alternative transaction structures including both leveraged and unleveraged scenarios

Abstract leases, partnership agreements, and other pertinent legal documents

Coordinate the ordering and supervision of outside vendors to obtain graphics that become part of the offering memorandum

Compile data on comparable rental rates and transaction details

Research, analyze, and draft summary reports relative to a specific property's location, economic environment, market conditions, and product position to utilize in the offering memorandum

Update and maintain sales comparables for all markets utilizing multiple information services or industry sources
Requirements

Bachelors Degree; Finance, Economics or any Business related field

Minimum of 3+ years of real estate analysis experience with a broad range of investment properties

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Proficiency with Argus

Must possess strong analytical skills

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrate the ability to execute assignments with minimum supervision
