The Membership Sales Supervisor motivates and assists seasonal Membership Sales Associates in meeting or exceeding in-park membership sales goals and providing exceptional customer service to all National Zoo visitors, members, donors, and staff. The Membership Sales Supervisor is also responsible for membership office operations, including payment processing, data entry, benefit fulfillment, acknowledgements, preparing schedules and weekly reports tracking sales progress. This position is instrumental to all aspects of the non-profit membership program. Candidates must have prior supervisory and sales experience. The Friends of the National Zoo (FONZ) membership program helps the National Zoo to continue its extraordinary work in the conservation and care of the world’s rarest animals and habitats.
