Responsibilities

  • Manage staff at property location, to include hiring activities, training, supervision, and coaching of all associates
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the efforts and activities of the engineering staff            
  • Function as the primary management representative with the client
  • Implement building maintenance and operational programs to ensure efficiency and reliability of systems
  • Remain compliant with risk management standards
  • Create, implement, and control the three-year business plan, an annual operating
  • budget, and a capital budget
 
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in any business field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of facility management experience
  • Or any similar combination of education and experience 
  • RPA or CPM designation preferred 
  • Experience handling budgetary responsibilities
  • Proficiency utilizing a computer to complete tasks and other administrative skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing building staff 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Mechanical ability and operational ability
