POSITION AVAILABLE: Administrative Supervisor-Protection
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree or equivalent management experience preferred. Prior supervisory experience in a 24/7 work environment is required. Strong organizational skills; detail oriented and strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must have a thorough understanding of the principles of physical and personal security, fire prevention and control, personal and job safety and emergency first aid. Required to possess or obtain CPR/AED certification. Must be able to obtain a Security Officer License in the City of St. Louis. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Attendance must be reliable and punctual.
JOB PURPOSE: Provide direction and leadership to the Protection staff. Promote professional development of supervisors and officers. Oversee scheduling and complete the schedules when necessary. Oversight of all systems to include security, CCTV and fire life safety.
